Open Positions For Etna Careers
We’re always hiring for a variety of roles and waterworks careers. Here are some of our most common openings:
Warehouse & Yard Team
Keep operations running smoothly.
- Shipping – Pull, package, and load orders accurately.
- Receiving – Stock and verify incoming products.
- Yard – Outdoor unloading and customer support for pipe products.
Drivers
Deliver the goods—and represent Etna in the field.
- Local Delivery Drivers (CDL A, B or C) – Load, deliver, and unload materials with excellent service.
- Over-the-Road Drivers (CDL A) – Based out of Grand Rapids, covering longer routes with overnight stays.
Sales & Customer Service
Help customers get what they need.
- Counter Sales – Work directly with walk-in customers, enter orders, and prep for pickup.
- Inside Sales & Customer Service – Answer questions, quote orders, and support customers over the phone or email.
Corporate & Administrative
Support our teams from the inside (primarily available at our Grand Rapids HQ). Roles in:
- Accounting
- HR
- Purchasing
- IT
Manager & Sales Trainee Program
Launch your career with Etna’s immersive training program. Learn the business from the ground up through rotations in the warehouse, customer service, purchasing, inventory, and more. After 12–24 months, successful trainees step into Outside Sales, Operations, or Management roles—right in their own communities across Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, or Wisconsin.
